Very good condition and guaranteed original WWI ImperialGerman 84/98 Mauser bayonet that is clearly maker marked “KARL ELSASSERSTUTTGART” on the back and dated 1914. Also has “BAXIII” corps depot stamp andis ink stamped “125R” for issue to the 125th (7thWurttemberg) Infantry Regiment “Emperor Frederick, King of Prussia”. Leather issoft and supple with a little normal wear, stitching and rivets are tight. Achoice, rare WWI German bayonet frog that will make a fin...e addition to acollection.
