Lovely porcelain figurine of a putti child playing a flute by Nymphenburg (Germany), fully hallmarked with the well known impressed Nymphenburg shield. Presented in blanc de chine, the figurine is beautifully modeled and detailed. It measures 2" wide by 4" tall. The end of the flute under the cherub's left hand has been broken off, not terribly noticeable unless you pick up the piece for examination.
