Vintage Folk Art Wooden Diorama Italy Pub Scene
This wood Diorama has ITALY faintly stamped on the back. There is also a hanging loop on the back.It measures 9 1/8 inches x 6 3/4 inches x 1 1/4 inches.There is lots of miniature detail; Three carved men sitting at a table playing cards. There is a painting on the wall, a vase on a corner shelf with a plant in it, pottery on a shelf, a “wag on the wall” clock with pendulum and weight, a kettle on the stove and a hanging pan. This ...is a charming piece.
There is some small damage to one corner where it looks to have fallen. That corner needs gluing. See pictures.
