What a Find! Love opening old trunks and this one proved to be quite interesting.
This Robe and several other items I am listing were gifts from an old Chinese Taylor out of Boston from the early 1900's. It appears that these gifts were never used.
This Robe for instance doesn't have any wear or appear to have been worn. It is wrinkled, however, I will let the Buyer steam this themselves.
Gold thread through-out this wonderful garment.... Measures 51 inches from neck to bottom hem.
Hardly adorned in the front, but the back of this Robe is the show stopper! Please check out my pictures closely.
