VINTAGE THORENS BY SILVERITE CO. METAL BODY POWDER/MUSIC BOX - still plays "Let me call you sweetheart" - so dainty is the melody.  No dents or dings but could use some cleaning up.  I'm not an expert on that process so didn't want to mess it up before you bought it. Sat on my mom's dresser where she kept face powder in it and was always amazed at its sound.  Hope you want to carry that amazement in your life's journey.
