Antique 19th Century Wood Folding Lap Desk Document Box / Writing Slope with lift lid. Beautiful real wood. Has covered compartment for pens, pencils, and 2 open ones at each end for stamps, or what have you. (as shown). Hinges work perfectly; nothing loose or broken. Box has very minor scuffs (due to its age, but barely noticeable. It is overall in excellent condition; and clean, inside and out! Box is antique, but felt is newer (recently replaced). All else original. Size is 12 5/8" ...x 8 3/4" and is 4 1/8" high. It has a lock, but there is no key. A great! way to organize your mail, bills, correspondence, postage stamps, coupons, ... all neat in one covered box! Shipping in the continental US is by packaged weight calculated to your zip code.
