For your consideration, this beautiful old green (avocado tint) 1+ gallon mid to late 1800's demijohn bottle ...this bottle measures 15 in. in height and has a base diameter of 6 in....two seams run up the sides of the bottle ending at the bottom of the bottle neck. The seams which are ridged on the exterior end at the bottom of the neck. The lip of the bottle does not appear to be applied. It is in excellent condition.There are some bubbles in the glass some of which I cons...ider larger than usual. It has no explicit markings.
Preshipping weight: 3 lbs. 4 oz. The estimated mailing weight is 7 lbs. In order for it to arrive safely, it must be packed in a box that allows plenty of room for extra packing materials. Ground shipping is less expensive than Priority Mail. Arrangements might be made for direct "pick-up" in New England.
