Up for auction is an original U.S. Civil War Era Artillery Friction Primer Box.  The top of the box is embossed with 100 Friction Primers (I believe), crossed cannons and artillery balls.  The paint is chipping and it is aged with pinta but it does open, close and latch easily but overall I would say this is in great condition considering its age.  These don't come up very often so it would be an excellent edition for any collector or enthusiast. &nbs...p;The pictures tell the story, what you see is what you get.I try to accurately describe my items and use pictures in that description. If any additional pictures are needed or questions concerning item, I will supply them upon request. Once the auction ends and item is received, buyer has 3 days to contact seller if there is a problem with the item. If there is no communication, then the buyer is happy in the seller’s eyes. Returns are only given if I grossly misrepresent the item.
