This is in very nice overall useable condition.
It comes with an original straight R55 gas generator with the more convenient inbuilt pricker. It is all intact and rotates easily as does the fuel control knob which turns effortlessly. The spring steel glass shade hanger is in very good condition. Everything works as it should.
The cap a...nd lead seal are in good condition as is the mating surface on the fount, but I have placed a rubber seal to insure pressure is maintained. This maintains great pressure and you can here the air escaping the generator once the valve is turned. This should fire up easily, but needs a thorough safety check prior to doing so. These run on white gas which was initially pressurised with the internally built in pump which has been refurbished with a new leather cup.
There are some very very light scratches on the finish but overall the fount is free from any major dings and has a nice patina. This could be polished out more, but I like the current patina. Please check photos carefully as they are a part of the description.
There is a "Coleman Sunrise" logo stamped on the underside of the font, with No Date Stamp.
