Antique Unusual Chinese Fighting Sword ~ Dao ~ Jian ~ Probably Boxer Rebellion.
UNUSUAL FIGHTING SWORD, MAY BE KOREAN OR CHINESE, THE MOUNTS ARE OF BRASS WITH WOODEN GRIP. THE SCABBARD IS OF LEATHER COVERED WOOD WITH BRASS FITTINGS. BLADE IS STRONG SINGLE EDGED, HAS GOOD EDGE. CONDITION IS FARE WITH AGE WEAR AND PATINA, BLADE AND HILT ARE TIGHT. LIKELY 1800s TO EARLY 1900s.
