This is a very old, very Rare Blickensderfer No. 8 Typewriter, Serial No. is 162494. I'm no expert on Typewriter, although I took Typing in High School in 1947. I have cleaned and Studied this Typewriter, the Carriage responds to the Keys pretty well, never had Paper in it, don't know how to do it. There are a couple Patent Dates. 1st is 1890, last is 1893. This doesn't have the Qwerty Keyboard. The Case has some Veneer missing, all shows in the Pics. I am selling this Typewriter as is..., needs a little TLC. No Overseas.
