Offered for sale is this antique Victorian porcelain Holy Water font. This is German porcelain and dates from the last quarter of the 19th century. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures.
The font is approximately 8 inches tall.
It is missing a piece from its very top and there are 2 hairlines on the font body - the tip of the pen is pointing to these. There is some wear to the gold, and there are some typical small kiln firing flaws (it was made like this). Please see... the close up pictures.
Impressed "5672" or "3672" on the back as shown.
