Here we have a Conn alto saxophone serial # A, M239406, L dating this sax to 1929/1930. As you can see it was well loved and played to death. has significant wear to the silver plating, dings, dents, a loose solder on the guard, it is missing a roller on one of the keys, and the worst thing is the missing key on the neck. It also has a repair to the key that would have connected to the the neck key, and it will need new pads too.
  I did my best to photograph all the worst of ...it. Selling this as a non playing, mechanics special, parts horn, but I know there are some really talented repair folks out there that could restore this to its former glory, or perhaps this one is a good candidate for creating a one of a kind custom resto-mod
