Original Description:
This is an Antique and Rare Chinese Porcelain Covered  "Pumpkin" Ginger Jar.
This Jar has a Chinese mark on the bottom which states that this jar was made in the Ching Dynasty during the Chien-lung years. The Ching Dynasty was from 1644 - 1875. The Chien-lung years were from 1736 - 1795.
This Jar is unique and rare. The Jar and lid are in very good condition with no cracks or chips. There is very nice hand painted artwork.
The Jar with lid on is about 8" tall. The diamete...r of the jar at the widest, is about 10". The jar weighs 3 LBS 11 OZ.
Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and arepresented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the bestof my knowledge.
