Vintage US Coast Guard Bicentennial 200 Years Of Service Bronze Medallion Coin

This Vintage US Coast Guard Bicentennial 200 Years of Service Anniversary Bronze Medallion is NIB and comes with the Original Certificate of Authenticity.
Unfortunately, the case was covered with an unmarked white cardboard sleeve guard with a death grip type adhesive (probably meant to protect the case) that over time due to age, storage and heat melted around and all over the case.
I had no idea what was underneath so I cut through the cardboard and peeled it off. This left th...e case damaged and sticky (as shown in the photos). The good news is nothing inside the case was damaged and I kept it because some people have the talent and ability to fix anything.
These are items from my father’s estate. He served in the USCG for 30 years before retiring as a CWO4 in 1986 and was an avid collector of EVERYTHING.
