This is a vintage 8" tiny Betsy McCall by American Character. She has reddish brown hair and the gray green eyes, pretty face paint. The eyes open and close easily on their own, she has the rubber skull cap and both hair barrettes. Her knees and the crotch are good with no splits, head is a bit wobbly, her legs are swingy. She is wearing the School Girl Apple dress with panties and black shoes in nice condition. She is the 1st issue Betsy with the little plastic tabs ...on the knees.
