Pretty detailed with Dresden lace of dancing elegant woman figure.Marked on the back with a crown, Germany, and MV. Muller & Co were one of the Volkstedt makers (along with Rudolstadt, Thuringia) Volkstedt was the place where they developed the famous technique for real. (Dresden lace technique) . Anton Muller worked in the porcelain industry in the late 19th century. He formed his company in 1907. Anton died in 1937 and his son Herman succeeded him in the family ...business. Herman died in 1945 during World War II and his factory was demolished by an allied bombing. Family descendants moved to Ireland and formed the company Irish Dresden which still exists today. Item is in good condition with no apparent chips or cracks. Measures approx 7.5 " tall.
