Because the majority of goods are between 50 and 150 years old, the condition will vary and they will be sold with condition commensurable with age and usage. WE DO NOT RESTORE OR CLEAN THE ITEMS FOR SALE. Although we endeavor to try and give a fair description of the goods and their condition, we cannot always be precise. Therefore, on request we are more than happy to furnish the bidder with anymore information required.
RETURNS
We accept, that on the rare occasion, a customer will not be satisfied for whatever reason and will want a refund. We operate a returns policy, with a full refund plus postage one way only. This is conditional on that the goods must be returned - within 30 days of receipt of goods, in the same condition in which it was received properly packed for return post.
POSTAGE
ALL OUR ITEMS ARE SENT BY COURIER, ON OCCASION BY ROYAL MAIL. We do not accept any responsibility for any items lost that have been sent standard first class or recorded delivery, but we will supply proof of postage, if required, to make a claim. Shipping cost includes small packing and handling charge and does not reflect postage alone. Overseas bidders please contact for postage costs.
