Original Description:
Up for auction is shelf or a desk plato flip digital clock made in USA circa 1905. 
It was patented in 1903
Made by Ansonia Clock and Watch company.
Rarest Art Nouveau version with blue numbers.
NO HANDS NO DIAL 
This is the first digital clock ever patented. Conversation starter timepiece.
 It is in true and working condition and great time keeper with each number flip accordingly. Serviced cleaned and adjusted. Movement is original to ...the clock. Ticks away strong. 
All cards are present and flip as it should. 
Usually 95% of antique plato clocks, you see here on Ebay,  have cards messed up and warped - bended and twisted from heat and sun exposure. 
It's Impossible to repair and straighten easily breakable celluloid. 
Clocks with bent / warped  number plates will NEVER run right. 
Number cards are the key component of the plato clock.
Considering the age it is in great condition and well preserved timepiece !!!
Height is about 6". Base is about 4" in D. 
Glass dome is in great condition. Brass has some original patina. Key present.
This Antique clock is just Stunning !!!
