Original Description:
On the left we have a uniquely shaped harpoon tip with a vertical lashing hole from the 16th century give or take.  On the right we have a similarly shaped 300 AAC Blackout round.  The projectile on the left was designed shortly after mankind learned how to through a rock.  The projectile on the right was designed in 2010 in an attempt to maintain reliable subsonic ballistic performance in the AR platform.  Muzzle veloci...ty on the left is however hard you can throw a harpoon, on the right its 2, 295 ft/second.  (one for the modern round).  The projectile on the left can be reused repeatedly, it can be buried for a thousand years, frozen, submerged, trampled by caribou and can still be affixed to an endless number of delivery systems (sticks) from which it will maintain its original ballistic characteristics.  The projectile on the right, not so much (one for the prehistoric round).  The projectile on the left is clearly superior, which is good, because it is the only one I am selling today.  Please look at our projectiles and other items.
