U.S.N. MK2 (RH-37 Navy) leather sheath early WW2 leather sheath 9 Rivets. This is I believe this to be the correct sheath for the early Red spacer PAL RH-37 MK2 knife. It has the 9 rivets (2 are the wide spread with flat tops and the other 7 are the two prong with round heads). The thumb snap is the large round head that was blacken when new. Sheath is very pliable with no damage. The tie down cord is missing. If you have a early PAL RH-37 with no sheath or a badly worn one here ...is your replacement. While I dislike using the term rare on most things, this is a harder to find sheath that will keep getting harder to find. The mark2 was first issued in early 1943 and the sheath had staples and at some point was changed to rivets and in late 1943 was changed again to the fiber sheath you more commonly see.
