AGREEABLY THE WORLD'S FINEST BLADE Ever Made by COLD STEEL IN JAPAN
The Imperial Tanto has a Damascus Steel Blade. Less than 1, 000 were made.
They were serial numbered.
Total length is 11.25 inches. Blade length is 5.75 inches.
Made mid to late 1980s, early 1990s.
These are prized for the superb Damascus steel blade
and the... handle wrap which is like the Japanese Katana Swords.
Stamped Imperial Tanto/SERIAL #0282 Cold Steel is proud to present the Imperial Tanto, the first San Mai Damascus Limited Edition with an unprecedented, East meets West, design. From its traditional armor piercing point, to modern craftsmanship, it reflects true state of the art craftsmanship worthy of an emperor. Only Cold Steel could bring you a masterfully forged blade with such an intriguing patterns.
Every blade has a minimum of 80 stainless steel layers of hardness, which have been precisely hammer welded around a special ultra hard core to produce a blade capable of passing even the American Blade-smith Society's grueling test. (Certified by A.B.S Master Smith, Dan Maragni.)
30 YEARS OLD HAS NEVER BEEN USED OR SHARPENED FACTORY SHARPNESS AND BEAUTY WELL RETAINED DURING STORAGE, ONLY
