21" total length; interesting rough wood 2-piece handle, looks like they may be horns, but not sure; brass bull on top; marked F. Dick Made in Germany on the rod; it has some wear, a little dirty, and has some surface rust; needs some clean up; unique vintage piece; not sure of age, estate sale item

If your package arrives damaged for some reason, please send me photographs so we can work something out. I will let you know if I plan to file an insurance claim. If so, please retain the item and the box and packing material because if I file an insurance claim, USPS may ask to have it brought to the post office for examination. They make it quite difficult to collect insurance. PAYMENTS: PayPal is the only accepted payment, and it must be from a CONFIRMED PAYMENT. Payment is expected within 3 days of the close of auction or within 24 hours when using a Buy it Now option.RETURNS: I do not accept returns unless there is an unusual circumstance, and then we can work something out. It is easier for me to manage beings this is not my only job. However, I will work with you if need be.INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Most of my items are set up on the global shipping program, and you deal with them for shipping. I prefer the global shipping because shipping direct causes me some income tax issues. However, I understand the global shipping is often difficult for international buyers also, so it may be possible to ship direct in many cases. But you must contact me prior to bidding or purchasing the item. Please do not request direct shipping on items less than $5.00. If shipped directly, please note that shipping costs do not reflect any additional taxes, tariffs or customs fees imposed by receiving countries.
