Antique Kyser & Rex Organ Bank w/Cat Dog & MonkeyCast Iron Mechanical Coin Bank for Parts or Restore
 We have for you a circa 1882 cast iron mechanical “Organ Bank”manufactured by Kyser & Rex Company of Frankford, PA. The bank functions byplacing a coin in monkey’s hand, then turning the handle on the side of theorgan, the monkey will then lift its hat and the coin drops into the slot inthe top of the organ. The bells ring as the crank is turned; ours only... has theone bell in working order. As these banks tended to be very fragile for beingmade out of cast iron it is hard to find them in original condition.  As such sometimes restores or parts areneeded. This is where our little bank comes in to fill that need. There is somesurface rusting on the bottom, but the mechanics inside are fairly very wellpreserved. We have included the parts that came with the bank when we found it, in case they are of any use. The left side of the bank is missing and possiblypart of the pieces we included. On the back is the patent stamp but it isextremely hard to read with the pitting in the metal. The bank is approximately8 ½” x 5 ½” x 3 ½” We encourage you to study the pictures with this auction to furtherdetermine condition and quality.

Wepack and protect the items we sell, but no matter which shipping service weuse, there will always be a few shipments that are damaged, no matter how wellthey were packaged and secured.

Within the United States we ship via USPSPriority mail unless otherwise specified. We typically ship within 2business days after payment is made and cleared. If you are aninternational client please make sure we have a valid address for you inEnglish to avoid shipping delays. We only ship to verified confirmed addresses. (US Only) Please note that the price for shipping is a calculation, if the calculation for shipping on eBay is over what we actually pay we will refund any shipping overages to you. If the eBay shipping calculation does not cover shipping we will not charge you more. 
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL CLIENTSIf you are an International client please ask for International shipping prices before bidding/buying. Please note thatdelivery times are ESTIMATES. First class international mail can take 2-6 weeksfor delivery depending on delays in customs. First Class International is for items under 4lbs and under $50 in value. There is no tracking on firstclass international in some places with the exception of Canada. PRIORITY MAILinternational does include tracking and insurance. It is more expensive, but isthe only option for shipping on items over 4 pounds or over $50 in value.
