Description:A handsome prize binding for the Oxford Diocesan Training College, Culham; bound in full calf with decorative gilt border to both boards, gilt badge of the Oxford Diocesan Board of Education to centre of upper board; spine with five raised bands, gilt tooling to compartments, though lacking most of the title label; all edges marbled; binding remains sound and firm, a little wear to extremities, spine rubbed; marbled endpapers with prize plate of the above training college to front pastedown, dated 1906; contents remain firm, pages a little age-toned with foxing in places, some minor soiling, else in generally good order.
