This is a metal hinged lid and 2 arm handles condiment jar, manufactured by M. Goldberg, Coney Island for Lundy Bros. Brooklyn Restaurant. An heirloom item of a day gone bye.
I am not sure of the exact metal. It is marked on the bottom as M. GOLDBERG CONEY IS 35
The front of the jar is marked Lundy Bros F.W.I.L
"The restaurant was decorated throughout with the letters "F.W.I....L., " standing for "Frederick William Irving Lundy". In great vintage condition - no dings to the body.
SIZE: 4.5" h x 4" base (without handles)
I am not sure of the circa, but based on the history, I believe it would be in the early 1900's.
