In 1988, the "Poet Laureate of the WWF", Lanny Poffo released a 172 page illustrated paperback book of his poetry. Because he released it through a company other than the WWF - who wasn't publishing books at the time the way they would years later - the book became extremely rare and new copies have sold for as high as 500 dollars. In addition to the general scarcity of the book, Lanny also had a limited number of copies that were signed by BOTH himself AND his brother, "Macho Man" Ran...dy Savage! Randy Savage autographs are becoming more and more valuable by the day and this is your chance to basically get two extremely rare items in one!
The book itself is a true nostalgic walk through the 1980's WWF scene as aside from Poffo's poetry, it is beautifully illustrated throughout by artist Lynne Gutshall (from 'Beauty and the Beast' fandom). Incredible artwork pieces of Hulk Hogan, Jake Roberts, Randy Savage, George Steel, Brutus Beefcake, Kamala, Andre the Giant, and more are all included.
Please note that this book has slight bends to the corners of the cover( see pics). However it has been kept in plastic is very clean & its in great condition.
