Hardcover bound in dark green boards with gilt titles to cover and spine. No dust jacket. Volume exhibits some shelf wear and ligh...t rubbing to extremities. Boards are square with sharp corners. Binding is tight and sound. Deckled text block edges are mildly age-tone, yet interior remains remarkably clean and bright throughout with NO marks, NO dogs ears, NO underlining, NOR tears. Pages 637-640 are slightly rough at the edges - presumably from unopened/"uncut" pages being cut by previous owner (text is in no way affected and pages are otherwise sound). Overall, this is a very handsome and collectable signed first edition.
