Very nice condition; boards look great, very bright with some corner wear. No markings, rips or tears to interior. Binding ...is intact but loose with some webbing visible at front hinge, otherwise no issues. Wear appears to be from storage, as the book does not appear to have been handled much at all. Great Disneyana, hard to find!
