This is the 13 volume group - I believe the complete set - of the Arnoldo Mondadori publication, Tutte le Opere di Carlo Goldoni, published by 1946 and 1950, with volumes noted as being from the first through the third edition. All text is in Italian. Each is in a slipcase, which are of varying quality. Some are very good. Some are worn. Each volume has its original dust jacket, most of which have small tears, and some of which have larger tears, with some missing pieces.&nbs...p;The books themselves are in very good condition. The soft blue leather covers are clean and unfaded, the only significant flaw being a shallow tear at the top of the spine of Volume IX. The gilt lettering and design are uniformly unfaded and clean. The pages are also clean, and with only a few shallow edge tears. Almost all pages have no tears. The bindings are tight, throughout, with no loose or missing pages. A number of pages have creases. Most don't. All text is clean and unfaded, with no stains or like flaws. The only attachments are small bookstore stamps to the inside back covers of some volumes. There are no written notes. The accompanying photos are accurate reflections of the volumes' conditions.TERMS OF PAYMENTUS bidders Media insured shipping included within the US.International Bidders International bidders should note that this would be sent priority or priority express, insured, with the full amount declared.
