רדכי עבאדי (1826, ה'תקפ"ו, חלב - 1884, כ"ז בסיוון ה'תרמ"ד, ביירות) היה דיין, מקובל ופייטן שפעל בסוריה, בטורקיה ובארץ ישראל. כיהן כרב קהילת קיליס. נודע כבקי בשירה, וחיבר פיוטים רבים שנכללו בשירת הבקשות.מרדכי עבאדי (1826, ה'תקפ"ו, חלב - 1884, כ"ז בסיוון ה'תרמ"ד, ביירות) היה דיין, מקובל ופייטן שפעל בסוריה, בטורקיה ובארץ ישראל. כיהן כרב קהילת קיליס. נודע כבקי בשירה, וחיבר פיוטים רבים שנכללו בשירת הבקשות.
הרב מרדכי עבאדי נולד בשנת 1826 בחלב שבסוריה לרב יעקב, נצר למשפחת רבנים. בצעירותו התחנך ולמד אצל אביו ואצל סבו, הרב אברהם עבאדי. בהמשך למד אצל הרב משה סוויד, שהיה הרב הראשי המקומי בחלב.
שנים רבות כיהן כרב הקהילה היהודית בקיליס, שבדרום טורקיה. נודע בין השאר בחיבור פיוטים ופזמונים רבים כמו "אני אספר" (על ל"ט אבות מלאכות), "יודוך מלך", "יום זה שירו לאל", "מהללך ורוב גדלך" (על שבעת הרקיעים) "מי ימלל עזוז גבורות", "משמים שלום לעם", "מי לה' איתי עורך", "מקהלות עם", ועוד. שבעה מפזמוניו הכניס לקאנון[1] שירת הבקשות של יהודי חלב, והם והתקבלו בהמשך גם בעדה הבוכרית בירושלים.
עסק גם בחכמת הקבלה, ונודע כבקי בכל ענפי חכמת ישראל,
בשנות השלושים לחייו, עלה לירושלים יחד עם קבוצת רבנים מחלב, ובה הקימו ישיבות ומוסדות תורה שהשפיעו והנהיגו את הקהילות הספרדיות בשכונת הבוכרים.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: For most individual books, we ship first class mail. Price is by weight, and this service is tracked. For multiple purchases, we usually use Priority Mail, a flat rate envelope for $32 ($22 to Canada) can fit 3 Regular sized books and a flat rate box for $70 ($48 to Canada) can fit 8-10 books of average size. A large flat rate box for $93 ($60 to Canada is available as well and can fit up to 18 books, depending on size. Oversized books are more expensive to ship, please ask for shipping quote for multiple books in advance to prevent any misunderstandings. International postage costs are subject to USPS yearly rate increases.
RETURN CUSTOMERS: Return customers get 7% off every order, from the second shipment and on. This is not deducted automatically, so please request an invoice and we'll send one over asap.
