THE BOOK is BOUND in THE FOLLOWING ORDER :
1. HOLY BIBLE : COMPLETE with both title pages.Engraved main title page depicts Moses and Aaron, coats of arms etc, verso has been very neatly strengthened at edges probably at rebinding.Contains Old Testament & New Testament (Apocrypha not called for.)Roman pr...int text, small though very good and legible.Leaves VERY GOOD with light toning & occasional staining only.Page edges beautifully gilded.Headers generally close cropped with occasional part losses.
A very crisp, clean little Bible with minor age toning / staining only!!!
Binding is dark full roan leather. Firm & intact externally / internally.Light surface wear to covers / extremities as seen.Nice marbled end papers. 19th century ink ownership initials to ffep.
