THIS ITEM IS BEING RELISTED DUE TO A NON PAYING BIDDERI've been collecting for over 55 years and it is now time to let most of my personal collection go. These uniform items were acquired many years ago. I am listing these items as collectibles. As such, the only size information given in the description are those marked on the items. The photos really tell the whole story so please review them carefully. Shipp...ing costs shown are for domestic delivery only. Overseas shipping will be quite a bit more. I use the eBay Global Shipping Program and overseas shipping costs will be included with the invoice.All of the Japanese items I am listing are vet bring back items I acquired in the U.S while looking for USMC gear. Please make no mistake, this is really a been there cap that shows field use so expect that the item will show some wear and soiling from use. Please look at the photos carefully.Offered here is a WW2 Japanese Naval Landing Forces officer's cap. The cap is made from a greenish khaki cotton. It is a well made cap and lined with khaki fabric. The cap has three sewn vent holes on each side and four in the back with a tie cord. The cap shows signs of use with some minor soiling along the bottom and on the sweatband. There is overall fading to the fabric and piping. The cap has a fabric chinstrap. There are two rows of yellow cotton tape sewn around the bottom of the cap. I believe it designates an officer's rank but I do not know what that is. There is a Naval Landing Forces insignia sewn to the front of the cap and a fabric label inside the cap. I am not sure what more I can write that the photos do not show.I only use PayPal for payment unless other arrangements are made before you bid. International bidders need to understand that my shipping quote is for domestic PRIORITY delivery only. International shipping will be quite a bit more and I ship overseas using eBay's Global Shipping Program.
