The red fabric seems to be from the late 19th century or around the turn of the 20th, made in the US, with the typical "squiggly" print. The other fabric might be feed sack, but we are not 100% sure.
...The batting is certainly old, clumpy cotton, also common in farms. The backing is rough creamy cotton, but we are not sure it is feed sack cotton, just rough farm fabric as well as the rest of the quilt.
This is short of being a true Red & White classic quilt, because the "red" is more of a burgundy and it is printed, while the "white" is also a printed fabric with some purple and green.
The piecing was done with tight hand stitching, visible on the close-ups; the quilting is also hand made, not truly dense at all.
The pattern might be considered a type of Wild Goose Chase, or and overall Ocean Wave, # 904 on Judy Rehmel's book (it is of course not the other, better known Ocean Waves fabric) or even 1000 Pyramids.
