A few cosmetic issues to address (please compare with photos): A repair in the case veneer at the lower right corner. Faint 3" scratches on brushed aluminum from warped reels. A few light dents and dings.All the above are barely visible in normal light and detract very little from the overall appearance, if at all.Service review: Mechanism cleaned & new lubrication applied. Capstan drive (idler) wheel professionally restored with new rubber by Terry's Rubber Rollers and Whe...els. New fast forward and rewind idler tires (fresh, custom made - not new old stock). All new belts - rewind/fast forward, take-up and counter x 2. Brakes, reel table idlers & back-tension arm serviced. Motor serviced & run capacitor replaced. All controls and switches treated with De-Ox-Id. Tape path cleaned, demagnetized and alignment verified (MRL alignment tape).Machine was tested many hours and yielded impressive performance. With new rubber on board and a complete mechanical overhaul, this deck runs reliably and functions as designed.Comes with factory reel locks, 1 pair 6' stereo audio cables, empty take-up reel, full blank reel (1800' Maxell standard bias) & printed copy of original user manual.Contrary to what's stated in the listing, I do accept returns, but only for legitimate reasons. I do not, however, agree with a policy of automatic return authorizations without my input. If you buy from me and there's a problem, contact me; we'll discuss and create a solution. Please be aware, there may be security stickers applied to this machine that must be intact and not tampered with in the unlikely event the machine needs to be returned. Please do not remove or modify these stickers unless you've decided you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Where shipping is concerned, I've received several units damaged during shipment where the seller likely does not understand how to pack them. Rest assured, my shipping goal is to have you receive this machine exactly as described and pictured.
