Just back from the shop where it received a thoroughcleaning, was tested and found to be performing up to factory specs. Slightblemishes & cabinet imperfections A lightly used, much-loved Amp from a smoke-free, Audiophilehome.Local pickup encouraged!I’m the resident manager of a storage facility in thePortland, Oregon metro, so I’m very accessible and easy to find. Come pick itup, and I guarantee this item will function EXACTLY as described. But due tothe increasing number ...of alleged "not-as-described" scammer cases(then having items coming back with parts missing or substituted for a brokenone) I have no choice but to offer thisand all electronic items “as is” - All sales final. Item-swappers andparts-pickers notwithstanding, not even the best packing job can completelyensure that something isn't going to get bumped out of factory spec during thetrip. Often, vintage electronic items have adjustments and tolerances that areextremely sensitive. (I vividly recalldad’s Zenith console stereo requiring THREE service calls after even a shortLOCAL move before it was returned to full functionality.) So what was working100% at my house may, in rare cases, require adjustment or service beforeworking equally well at yours-- especially after being in the care of variousdelivery people. Most "vintage audio" folks understand all thesethings already, but I felt the need to point out the obvious for "the restof us" so there are no hard feelings or disappointments!
