WOW! 1970's McIntosh MC 2100 Stereo amplifier in excellent condition! I have owned this beautiful piece of equipment since around 1979 and am the second owner. It was serviced by one of the best shops in Silicon Valley, Sertech Electronics, in 2013. It has been operated for maybe an hour since then. I have had it coupled with a McIntosh C28 preamplifier (also for sale) since I bought it.It is rated at 105 watts RMS. I had it serviced by a certified McIntosh clinic back in th...e '80's and the techs tested the output at 130 watts RMS! You can push anything with this monster. Back in the day, I had a pair of JBL L100's on top of a pair of Klipsch La Scalas and I could crank it up to 120db with zero distortion (even with Grateful Dead bass solos!).
