This copy is a first UK edition and 10th Print with it being published in 1986 by George Allen And Unwin. The book is in fair- good condition. It is without a dust jacket as issued and as such there is some edge wear to the hardback boards as pictured. It is also an ex library copy and as such, has some library markings and stamps present (I have photographed all the stamps and markings - Please... see photos)
All pages are fully legible albeit yellowed through age. Page extremities are also yellowed with age spotting present. Text pages remain legible despite this. Overall a fair - good reading copy of this classic story with plenty of life left in it yet.
