Vintage Madam Alexander Cissy Red Polka dot organza dress with gorgeous red minty hat.The dress is old and fragile but this one has no holes. It is a bit stiff though and there are two places where there are spots (rust?) Maybe they can be removed? I had to search for them so they are not noticable. I teally dont know if this dress can be washed at all but it looks dingy. There are no bad smells but a little dusty.This hat is stunning and a bright red. The... netting is great and stitched tight along with the pretty flower adornment in front. Elastic is strong and usable. I really love this hat! I can just see Cissy wearing these to her next luncheon
