An attractive and unusual pair of Antique Victorian brass dragon or gryphon, gothic beast candlesticks.
The items are quite detailed with textured wings and tails.
The curled tails could act as finger holds if desired so that the items could be used as chambersticks as well as being candlesticks - but they are quite heavy carried that way.
They each hold the ball / branch for the candleholder sconce in their mouths, so almost appear as fire breathing dragons!
