Antique Victorian gothic brass candlestick- chamberstick dragon griffin wyvern.A nice original example of late 19th/early 20thC Gothic brass candlestick/chamberstick in the form of mythical Wyvern. Made from solid brass with fine detail to the head and wings with a looped tail (handle). Slightly misshapen to the wings/sconce but nothing too serious and although it has been polished throughout its life, there is no loss of detail and has acquired a lovely mellow patination - could be po...lished - sold as unpolished.
