c. 1942 with no later dates or further printing history. Includes a pamphlet inside "Key to Today's Cooking" which has substitutes for sugar (due to wartime rationing), updated information on vitamins, etc. issued by Better Homes & Gardens in 1942.
This spiral bound hardcover is in very good condition with no text scribblings, markings or underlinings; there is one handwritten recipe inside back. No owner's names. Spine and binding are complete and all pag...es are secure; a few have been neatly reinforced with rings around binder holes. Book's interior is generally clean and fresh; page edges show age-toning but are not brittle. The wartime supplement pamphlet has some mild edge wear. Cover is in very good condition with no spine splits, and with light surface soiling and a bit of minor edge and corner wear.
