Item DescriptionHere is an unusual and rare hood ornament or mascot. It is the liberty bell with the word Sesqui in open letters at the top for the 1926 sesquicentennial of the US independence day. In overall good original condition. There is some flaking and mild loss of the chrome plating. It has contacts underneath to ring a bell and light an internal light bulb. This part is untested and is likely not to work due to age. Measures about 4" tall no...t including the post which would have mounted on a radiator cap. Base is about 3-1/2" across. Has blue and red side jewels in good shape. Marked as made in Pottstown, PA by the Keystone Products Corp. A great rare find.
