Remington No.6 Standard Typewriter, serial number 17, 489 which dates it to 1896.
The example listed here is good cosmetic condition and complete. The paint and decals aren't without their flaws but they are better than most. The exposed metal components would need a thorough polish. None of the wooden sub levers are broken. Also, whereas a lot of Remington No.6's are missing either their paper table, it is stil...l present on this example. The carriage advances and returns sluggishly so some cleaning and tuning it will be beneficial. Again, Good Condition Overall!
