Original Description:
A 4" x 7" two-part heavy card stock advertising trade card with a whimsical gent depicted on the front.  It is captioned "Do You Wear Pants".  The base reads "The PLYMOUTH ROCK PANTS CO. can fit any shape-satisfy every taste".  If you pull the hat upward his neck elongates and his legs become very short.. When the pull the legs downward the reverse occurs. The reverse promotes the product and displays the mechanism.
