Pair Antique late 1800's English Barley Twist Oak Wood Candlesticks
Presented is a very nice pair of antique, late 1800's dark bronze-stained, solid oak, 10 inch candlesticks with removable chrome -plated bobeches. These are a perfect height for your mantle, end tables or book shelf and their warm patina will contrast beautifully in a melange with your silver, brass or crystal!
The woodworker did not sign or stamp his work. The undersides are cork-...lined to protect your furniture and add tactile appeal.
The condition of the candlesticks is excellent. The wood shows only trivial specs of wear but no damages and the bobeches are in fine condition with just a bit of residual wax. One candlestick base has a slight warp causing a trivial amount of movement standing flat, but not enough to tip or be a major issue.
Dimensions: 10 inches tall, bases are 4 1/2 inches diameter
