The Boston Cooking School Cook Book by Fannie Merritt Farmer a 7th complete revision by Wilma Lord Perkins with new illustrations, printed in 1942, HC, 830 pages including complete index, plus many pages of food ads from many companies still in business like Baker's C...hocolate, Royal Puddings, Certo, and Gravy Master. The original copyright was in 1896 and by 1942 there were 2, 086, 000 copies were in use.
