Madame Alexander Alexander-kins Bent Knee Walker.C. 1950's.
From a local estate and sold just as-found:
Adorable little girl wearing tagged pink dotted Swiss full-length dress,  pink straw with rose trim and tulle tie bonnet with gold chin strap.The dress has small wear/hole spot-front hem area. 
Retains her original undies, shoes and socks. (The shoes have wear-one strap has been re-attached. See the closeup.) Honey blonde wig in original set.
