Nice IHC H4 magneto. It is in good shape with nothing broken that I can see. The armature is loose and the impulse works. It looks like it has been rebuilt at some point. It has the mounting flange offset like some IHC power unit engine magnetos have. I am guessing this can be adjusted to use this on a tractor, but not sure. Please make sure this will work for your application. I couldn’t get spark when messing with it in my basement, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it has spark aft...er filing the points. I have not had any covers off of it.
