Older IHC H4 tractor magneto. What’s there looks ok, but needs to be cleaned up and oiled. Armature does turn over but is sticky and stiff. Impulse spring seems to work ok. If you have a stuck magneto with good covers, you could have a decent looking magneto if you put the covers on this one. This magneto is being sold for parts since the covers are missing.
